The company should take full responsibility for the professionalism of employees, and at the same time improve the income of these bottom employees. The effect of two thousand dollars a month and five thousand dollars a month is definitely different. If you only have one or two thousand yuan a month, you are definitely not serious and responsible. Even if there are problems at work, if you change jobs, the salary will probably not be much worse than this, but the salary will be five or six thousand or seven or eight thousand.

Similarly, raising the salary of cleaning staff will definitely make them more motivated to work and take it seriously, because they will worry that they will lose their jobs if they don't do well, and whether their next job will have their current income.

Therefore, it is necessary to raise the basic salary and reduce the existence of outsourcing companies.
