On October 8, 20 12/KLOC-0, the hotel went through the whole process from military training to land reclamation to official business. The foreman plays a connecting role in the work of the department, and his position is key and special. The requirements are as follows.

3. Excellent observation and communication skills. Good at finding problems, including firmware software, customer complaints and employee mentality. 4. dedication. Good mental state, willing to help colleagues, actively unite around colleagues, create a harmonious working atmosphere, and make the department work better.

6. Good pressure resistance. Go to work without negative emotions, and truly do not complain, because if a person goes to work with complaining emotions, the work efficiency will be greatly reduced.
