Wal-Mart has four inspection criteria for goods, that is, whether the supplier's products will improve Wal-Mart's quality, raise its price, increase its value and enrich its types. In addition, how to package products is also a very important issue for successful suppliers. There is also a situation that Wal-Mart likes best, that is, the goods specially produced for Wal-Mart, including the supplier's own brand name, are only sold and labeled in Wal-Mart. At present, Wal-Mart's own brand accounts for 20% ~ 25% of the total merchandise. Suppliers can cater to the needs of Wal-Mart according to their own actual situation, thus winning large-scale supply contracts. Many powerful suppliers find that although their products are household names in China, Wal-Mart is totally uninterested. The main reason for this situation is the lack of research on products demanded in foreign markets. In addition to domestic sales, more products purchased internationally may face foreign markets. However, due to the lack of research on suppliers' demand for foreign goods, despite great efforts, they often return empty-handed because of lack of pertinence.
