The fruit turning machine goes online at the beginning of June every year. A group of six people, usually four groups. Tongans are drivers, and a group of people keep turning fruits. This job is very simple. After the orange falls from the machine, turn it flat by hand and throw away the rotten fruit at a very fast speed. Boys only need a little physical strength and cleverness to deal with some urgent machine failures quickly. At the beginning of the season, it was particularly easy. As the saying goes, it is the position of providing for the aged, and it is easy to become a chatterbox and waste. Newcomers can only enter the factory in a few lucky weeks, but basically they have to wait two or three months to open the fruit dumper, which requires a lot of manpower to get a call to work. It is recommended that most newcomers consider their own signing and economic induction. After filling out the form, they can go to other places to look for jobs and come back when they get a call.

Honey Murcott is the main export variety of 2PH, and it is also the most profitable variety. Since mid-July, the factory has recruited 30 people, most of whom fill out the form in mid-April, and a few people fill out the form after the grapes are rolled. They will be temporarily opened to fill in the form in July. The working hours are generally about 70 hours, and the weekly after-tax salary is about 1400 yuan.

Just like the situation in early June, the packaging of 20 19 honey Murcott has also changed a lot. The new factory and new assembly line started, working hours were reduced and more new people were recruited. Perhaps the days when Orange Foxconn earned money to pay tuition fees are gone forever, but it is ok to earn seven or eight hundred dollars a week and receive two signatures for indoor work.
