From 20:00 on November 17 to the end of the race on November 18, except for vehicles holding the Marathon "Vehicle Pass", other vehicles are prohibited on Haizhou Road (Xingpu Avenue) to Qilin Street); other vehicles are prohibited from parking and passing on Qilin Street (from Haiyin Road to Haizhou Road), Putuo Middle School and South Gate area, Changzheng Street (from Hailian Road to Haiyin Road), Haiyin Road (Xingpu Parking on the roadway from Main Avenue to Wen Hong Street).

On November 18, the Putuo regional track will be closed and controlled from 5:30; the Guanyin Bridge and Zhujiajian regional tracks will be closed and controlled from 7:00. Vehicles and pedestrians are allowed to cross at intersections related to the track before arriving.

During the event, the event organizer has arranged sufficient rescue and disposal vehicles and personnel such as ambulances, fire trucks, and anti-riot vehicles around the track to prepare for timely response to emergency emergencies. In case of emergency, rescue and other incidents, relevant vehicles will be promptly arranged to enter the destination through the nearest track entrance. If there are special circumstances such as weddings and funerals, the local community has made arrangements in advance and properly done relevant reminders, notifications, and coordination. In addition, on the track in the controlled area, vehicles and pedestrians are allowed to cross at relevant intersections of the track under the command of on-site management personnel before the athletes arrive. 1. From 5:30 on November 18 to the end of the race:

(1) Trucks over 0.75 tons, dangerous goods transport vehicles, Tractors pass through the Donggang and Shenjiamen urban control areas, and National Highway 329 (from the Putuo City North traffic light intersection to the Zhujiajian Zeshan intersection).

(2) From the Shenta line of Xingpu Avenue to the traffic light section in the north of the city, vehicles are prohibited from driving to the traffic light intersection in the north of the city. Vehicles from Dinghai to Zhujiajian pass through the Shenta line - National Highway 329 - Xingpu Avenue , enter the Zhujiajian Bridge.

(3) Motor vehicles are allowed on one-way roads such as Bei'an Road, Fuhu Road, West Street, East Street (Donghe Road to Zhongda Street), and Tongji Road (Caishi Road to Xingjian Road) in Shenjiamen City District Two-way traffic.

(4) On Hailian Road (from Wenkang Street to Xingpu Avenue) on the other side of the track, the original traffic mode (one-way) from Wuling Tunnel to Xingpu Avenue is still implemented; Shenta Line ( Xingpu Avenue to Donghai Middle Road, including tunnels), the direction of Xingpu Avenue to Donghai Middle Road will still implement the original traffic mode (one-way); Motor trains travel in both directions.

2. Before 7:00, at the entrance of the Zhonghan Hotel on the Zhujiajian Bridge, vehicles were allowed to enter the Zhujiajian Bridge from the Donggang direction.

3. From 7 o'clock onwards, the single-width road on the non-track side of Zhujiajian Bridge and 329 National Highway (from Zhujiajian Bridge to Zeshan intersection) will be open to two-way traffic.

During the track closure period, vehicles in Zhujiajian Dadong'ao, Baishan, Centipede Zhi and other areas can enter and exit through the Zeshan intersection of National Highway 329 and the tunnel under Centipede Zhi. Vehicles in Fenghuang City and Sisu Village areas are detoured under the Guanyin Bridge.
