I. Responsibility of Party A

2. Actively assist and support Party B to establish and implement various public security management systems and maintain public security order in the hotel industry.

3. Conduct public security management business training for Party B's employees, so as to improve the public security prevention ability of the hotel industry.

4. Organize the public security and fire control inspection of Party B, point out the existing problems of Party B in time and put forward rectification opinions.

5. If Party B fails to implement the responsibility of public security management and violates the regulations on public security management, it shall be punished according to law.

6. Commend and reward Party B's outstanding achievements in public security management, and notify the industry of major cases arising from the failure to implement public security management measures.

7, do a good job of hotel safety appraisal and opening for the record, establish hotel safety management files, strict safety management and safety supervision.

II. Responsibility of Party B

1. The legal representative, responsible person and employees of Party A shall abide by national laws and regulations and relevant provisions of Guangdong Province, strengthen internal management, ensure legal operation, and ensure the personal and property safety of the tourism industry and consumers.

2. It is strictly forbidden to organize, force, seduce, shelter or introduce others to engage in prostitution, or to provide convenience and conditions for those who enter the place to engage in the above activities.

3. It is strictly forbidden to engage in illegal and criminal activities such as drug abuse and gambling in this place, or provide conditions for the personnel who carry out the above illegal and criminal activities.

4. Once Party B discovers that there are illegal and criminal activities in the house, it must take measures to stop them and report to the public security organ immediately. We should actively cooperate with the investigation and evidence collection work of public security organs, and must not conceal the truth or harbor criminals.

5. The legal representative and person in charge of Party B should actively formulate various work systems such as public security inspection and duty, establish a perfect internal public security prevention mechanism, and strengthen case prevention and control, especially to prevent the occurrence of pornography and gambling cases.

6. Party B must improve the construction of video monitoring system, and the monitoring points must cover all public parts and areas such as gates, halls, floor walkways, stairs, walkways and parking lots. (Monitoring video data must be kept for more than fifteen days)

7. Strictly implement various public security management systems. All front desk staff should be trained and certified; Strengthen various public security management systems such as check-in registration and visit registration; Strictly implement the suspicious reporting system, strengthen the management of foreigners' accommodation and hotel industry, and all overseas teams must report to the public security organs immediately.

8. Cooperate with the public security organs to install and maintain the hotel security management information management system to ensure the normal operation of the system.

9. Party B shall ensure that the hardware facilities of the house meet the requirements in strict accordance with the regulations on public security management of the hotel industry in Guangdong Province.

Operating a hotel shall meet the following safety conditions:

(a) building safety, fire control facilities in the business premises in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state;

(two) the distance between the hotel and the inflammable, explosive, toxic and radioactive dangerous goods warehouse and gas station conforms to the relevant provisions of the state;

(three) set up security agencies, equipped with security personnel;

(seven) other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

10. Party B shall strengthen fire safety, ensure the normal use of various fire-fighting facilities, enhance the fire-fighting awareness and disposal ability of employees, and eliminate fire hazards in time.

Three. additional clause

1. Party A shall be signed by the management department of the local public security organ, and Party B shall be signed by the legal representative or person in charge of the hotel industry. If the person in charge of Party B changes, the successor shall be responsible.

2, responsibility in duplicate, the local public security organ management department and the hotel industry each hold a copy, long-term preservation.

3. After the letter of responsibility is signed and sealed, both parties shall perform their respective duties as agreed. In case of violation, they will be dealt with according to relevant laws and regulations.
