Attendance Management System
1. In order to ensure the company's rigorous and efficient work order and form a diligent and self-disciplined work style, this attendance system is specially formulated.
2. This system applies to all employees of Xiling Impression Hotel.
3. Work and rest time
Management staff: morning: 9:00 - afternoon: 18:00
Front desk staff clock in according to the manager’s required duty hours
Cleaning staff clock in to ensure 8 hours of working time
1. Arrange personnel on duty during the noon and evening off-duty times.
2. Each person has one day off per week. The same type of work is not allowed to take vacation. Two employees in the same position can take vacation at the same time. No vacation is allowed on weekends and peak seasons, and can be compensated for in subsequent working days. Inform your manager of your vacation time in advance.
3. The national statutory holidays are as follows: 3 days for Spring Festival, 1 day for Qingming Festival, 1 day for May Day, 1 day for Mid-Autumn Festival, 1 day for Dragon Boat Festival, 3 days for National Day, and 1 day for New Year's Day.
4. Employees clock in and out through fingerprint electronic attendance machines. All employees of the company must clock in on time when going to and from work.
5. If you are unable to clock in or out normally due to business or special reasons, you should find the hotel manager to sign for confirmation within 24 hours. If the hotel manager cannot sign for confirmation within 24 hours, he must call to inform. Otherwise, it will be treated as absenteeism. If the hotel manager engages in malpractice for personal gain, he will be fined 30 yuan per time.
6. Those who ask for sick leave or personal leave must clock in according to the actual departure and arrival time, and comply with the relevant regulations on sick leave and personal leave. If you need personal leave due to emergencies, you must call the hotel manager in advance to ask for leave. You must take the initiative to make up for the sick leave or personal leave after work. The hotel manager must supervise and remind the person to make up the leave.
7. Those who are late for no reason or leave early within 15 minutes will be fined 20 yuan per person per time; those who are late or leave early for 15-30 minutes will be fined 40 yuan per person per time; those who are late or leave early for more than 60 minutes will be fined In the case of absenteeism, if the hotel manager fails to supervise and engages in malpractice for personal gain, he will be fined 30 yuan per time.
8. Absenteeism: Being late for no reason or leaving early for more than 1 hour will be treated as absenteeism. Those who do not have the hotel manager’s signature on the situation sheet due to business or special matters will be treated as absenteeism. For those who are absent from work, in addition to deducting all wages for the day, an additional fine of 200 yuan may be imposed based on the actual situation.
9. Employees who fail to clock in as required due to personal negligence will be fined 20 yuan per person per time.
10. Hotel managers and administrative attendance personnel must strictly follow the attendance standards when calculating attendance at the end of the month. They must be treated equally and fairly. Favoritism and malpractice are strictly prohibited. Otherwise, they will be fined 50 yuan per time.
IV. Company employees enjoy statutory holidays stipulated by the state
1. Other holidays stipulated by laws and regulations.
2. Sick leave, personal leave, maternity leave, and family leave
(1) Sick leave must present a valid sick leave certificate from a hospital at or above the county or district level and be handled in accordance with relevant national regulations. No wages will be deducted for 2 days or less; 2-10 days (10 days included): basic salary is paid ÷ number of days required to be present × 80﹪ × number of leave days: 11 days to 21 days (21 days included) basic salary is paid ÷ number of days required to be present × 70﹪×Number of days of leave: More than one month and less than two months, the basic salary ÷Number of required attendance days×60﹪×Number of days of leave shall be paid. (3) Deduction for 2 days of personal leave (including 2 days): salary ÷ number of days of attendance × 50﹪ × number of days of personal leave, deduction for 3-5 days: salary ÷ number of days of attendance × number of days of personal leave,
3. Marriage
While working in the company, employees who get married in compliance with the national "Marriage Law" can enjoy 5 days of paid leave, and 15 days of paid leave for late marriages. Application for marriage must be made 1 day in advance Zhou proposed.

4. Maternity leave

During maternity leave, no performance pay, communication allowance, car allowance, meal allowance and other subsidies will be paid. 5. Bereavement leave
If an employee’s immediate family members such as parents, parents-in-law, parents-in-law, spouse, children, etc. die, they will be given 5 days of bereavement leave.
6. Work-related injury leave
If an employee is injured on the job during work, the employer must submit the work-related injury accident report to the administrative department for verification and filing within 24 hours, and attach it to a hospital at or above the county level. Hospitalization orders shall be processed in accordance with relevant national regulations.
7. Asking for leave
To ask for leave, you need to fill in the "Company (Leave) Leave Form". Sickness or personal leave of 3 days or less will be reviewed by the hotel manager and will take effect after approval.
