Are the shops near the isolation hotel open?

Legal analysis: According to the epidemic prevention regulations, quarantine hotels designated by government departments are not allowed to open to the public at the same time. The isolation hotel still needs some employees to work normally and serve the isolated people, but the hotel's external service certainly does not meet the epidemic isolation regulations.

Legal basis: Article 16 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases. The state and society should care for and help patients with infectious diseases, pathogen carriers and suspected infectious diseases, so that they can get timely treatment. No unit or individual may discriminate against patients with infectious diseases, pathogen carriers and suspected patients with infectious diseases.

Infectious disease patients, pathogen carriers and suspected infectious disease patients shall not engage in the work that is easy to spread infectious diseases, which is prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the health administrative department of the State Council before they are cured or suspected infectious diseases are eliminated.
