Then go to road trip Northwest Great Ring Road, after spring, summer, autumn and winter 10 days;

Meet Qinghai Lake, cross the Gobi and meet the snow-capped mountains;

Look at the lonely desert smoke, the long river sunset, and feel the mysterious Ya Dan landform and colorful Danxia.

If you want to ask me: "How to feel the charm of lakes, snow-capped mountains, Gobi, deserts, Ya Dan, grasslands and Danxia in a short 10 day?"

The above picture is our self-driving route, because there are many places to go and the length is long, so it is divided into many articles. This article is the first one, describing the trip of the first two days.

Day 1 day Xi- Lanzhou

Depart at four o'clock in the morning, cross the super-long Maijishan tunnel and arrive at Lanzhou Chenggu Hotel at three thirty in the afternoon. Don't ask me why it took so long, because Lanzhou is really super blocked, which can be said to be a veritable "blocked city".

When we arrive in Lanzhou, the first thing to do, of course, is to have a meal in Lanzhou Lamian Noodles. After shopping around, I went into a restaurant called "Tongjian Beef Noodles", ate kebabs and bought some naan around, which was not bad (but the authentic Lanzhou Lamian Noodles is only available in the morning! )

The next day, Lanzhou-Xining-Sun Moon Mountain (elevation 4 188m)- Ta 'er Temple-Laji Mountain (elevation 3,820m)-Qinghai Lake-Heima River (the best sunrise viewing spot).

From Lanzhou-Ta 'er Temple, the first mountain to climb is Sun Moon Mountain, with an altitude of 4 188m. The sunshine is fine, but it's a little cold when you get off the bus. Be sure to keep warm, because catching a cold on the plateau is very dangerous (knock on the blackboard! My personal experience is that I catch a cold, have difficulty breathing and have a high heart rate at high altitude. If you accidentally catch a cold, the first thing to do is to get off the plateau quickly! )

Cross the Sun Moon Mountain and you will arrive at Ta 'er Temple. "It is better to come early." When we went, we just caught up with the Lama's practice. Many believers kneel down to study. Although there are many tourists, this does not affect their sincere prayers.

After coming out of Ta 'er Temple, we set out for Qinghai Lake. On the way, we will cross the Laki Mountain at an altitude of 3820m, and it is said that "the most beautiful scenery is on the road", which is the truth of Qinghai Lake.

The blue sky and white clouds all the way are simply beautiful, and the cattle and sheep all over the mountain absolutely dazzle you. You can't see the white spots on the distant mountains until you get closer. When you walk in, you know that there are white sheep and black yak fanning their tails, so casual ~

Over Laji Mountain, you can reach Qinghai Lake. You can see a blue ribbon in the distance. Because of the high altitude of Qinghai Lake, you can feel the crystal clear water from a distance.

Heima River is the best viewing spot for sunrise in Qinghai Lake (in fact, it is super beautiful at sunset). In order to go out and see the sunrise the next day, we stayed at the Lotus Resort in Heimahe, which should be regarded as the best accommodation in Heimahe at that time.

In addition, because summer is the peak season, the houses in Heimahe River are not easy to decide, so yurts are another matter. If you don't pay attention to them, it's good to experience them.

There are people eating next to this hotel, because the Heima River is far away and the food is not so rich, so I ordered local yak meat, yak yogurt, highland barley wine ~ yak meat without tendons, which is extremely laborious to eat, and my old teeth really can't bite.

The sun is setting, and a beautiful day is coming to an end. Without warm sunshine, it is very cold at night.

The next morning, I heard from the people next door that the starry sky in their house was beautiful at night. Don't ask me why I didn't see it. Because I drank too much yak yogurt, you know [tears]
