As we are a hotel industry, employees have to go to work at Christmas, and we want to do some simple activities, mainly to create some atmosphere.

If possible, you can buy some small gifts, or put some hotel discount coupons in small pockets and hang them on the Christmas tree. Each employee can take one. You can also write some blessing words on cards, fold them into paper cranes or other lovely shapes and hang them on the Christmas tree. Then every employee can choose one when he comes, so that he will be blessed, happy and go to work with gratitude and pleasure. If possible, you can take a photo of each employee.
