1. A) Obtaining technical secondary school education and continuously engaging in this occupation for more than 4 years;

B) Have obtained a college degree and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years continuously;

C) Having obtained a bachelor's degree and continuously engaged in this occupation 1 year or more;

D) Having obtained the qualification certification of junior professional managers in China for 2 years;

E) In addition to the above conditions, those with outstanding work performance or special conditions must be audited by Guangdong Certification Management Center, a professional manager in China, and reported to the higher authorities for approval.
