What is the work and workflow of establishing the personnel department?
The department puts forward the recruitment demand, and the personnel department reviews the preparation and work demand according to the demand, and recruits those who pass the examination and have the work demand; If it is not compiled, it depends on whether there is a need for work. If there is no job demand, the department will digest the staff internally. If there is a job need, the department will apply for an increase in the establishment, and the recruitment will be carried out after the approval of the general manager.
The ways to recruit new employees include on-site recruitment, online recruitment, telephone call, visit and employee introduction. For example, we have been applying for a job in the hotel:
(1) Preparation materials required by the hotel: work application form.
(2) Handling procedures
1. When foreigners come to the hotel to apply for a job, they should first ask about their study and work, and bring them to the meeting room to fill out the job application form if they meet the requirements.
2. The person in charge of the department shall check the job application form, review the situation of candidates, preliminarily screen candidates and determine the list of interviewers.
3. The person in charge of the subordinate department determines the interview time and informs the personnel department.
4. The Personnel Department informs the candidates of the interview time.
5. Arrange the interview site, and the department head will interview the candidates.
6. After the interview, consult the department and announce the interview results.
7. If the department fails to pass the interview, the resume will be stored in the hotel talent pool; Prepare the materials needed for employment through the interviewer (see the list of materials needed for employees in the employment procedure for details).
Second, the new employee induction process

(9) Clothing 300 yuan, accommodation fee 100 yuan (provided by the staff living in the staff dormitory).
(10) Original and photocopy of temporary residence permit (provided by non-Nantong urban hukou personnel)

(2) Procedure:
1, check whether new employees need to provide complete information, and if it is complete and correct, they can go through the employment procedures;
2. Employees pay clothing and accommodation fees to the Finance Department;
3. Employees fill in the new employee registration form and post photos;
4. Employees should read Notice for New Employees, Notice for Code of Conduct for New Employees, Employee Confirmation Letter, Matters for Employees to Understand Attendance Regulations (Memorandum 1), Matters concerning Distribution Data Storage, Job Responsibilities and Rules and Regulations, Notice for New Employees' Salary, Notice of Salary List, and Labor Contract or Employment Agreement, and sign for confirmation.
5. Distribute employee manuals, common sense pocket books, meal cards, attendance cards and other items, and sign the new employee registration form for confirmation;
6. Employees should get their clothes from the warehouse with the receipt of clothing expenses (employees of the Sports Department should get them from subordinate departments);
7. The administrative office arranges dormitories or lockers.
