I also like eating eels here, but now eels can't eat more. It is said that it is raised by birth control pills, and women should eat less. It's a pity that the steamed bread here is also good. I think it can be compared with some noodle restaurants in Wuxi. I don't know if the chefs here make it themselves or buy it ready-made. Anyway, the skin is thin and juicy, but the main thing is good taste.
