How to install the fire sprinkler?

The distance between the bracket at the nozzle and the nozzle is not less than 300mm and not more than 750mm.

Fire sprinkler

Fire sprinklers are used in fire sprinkler systems. When a fire breaks out, water overflows through the splash plate of the sprinkler to put out the fire. At present, it is divided into drooping nozzles, vertical nozzles, ordinary nozzles and side wall nozzles.

When a fire breaks out, fire water is sprayed evenly through the sprinkler to control the fire in a certain area. Common nozzle types are: drooping type, upright type, ordinary type and side wall type.

2 drooping type

Swing sprinkler is the most widely used sprinkler. It is installed on the water supply branch pipe in a swinging way, and sprinkles water in a parabolic way, spraying 80 ~ 100% of the total water to the ground. Protect rooms with ceilings, and arrange sprinklers under the ceilings. Drip sprinklers or ceiling sprinklers should be used.

3 vertical

The vertical sprinkler is vertically installed on the water supply branch pipe, and the spraying shape is a throwing object, which sprays 80 ~ 100% of the total water downwards, and at the same time sprays part of it to the ceiling. It is suitable for installation in places where there are many moving objects and are vulnerable to impact, such as warehouses, and can also be hidden on the roof of the mezzanine floor of the room to protect the top boron of the ceiling with more combustible substances. (Where there is no suspended ceiling, when the water distribution branch pipe is arranged under the beam, it should be vertical. Wear parts, should use the nozzle with a protective cover or ceiling nozzle)

4 common types

Ordinary sprinklers can be directly installed or hung on the sprinkler pipe network, spraying 40%-60% of the total water downward and spraying a larger part to the ceiling. Suitable for restaurants, shops, warehouses, underground garages and other places. (The ordinary type is used less)

Five-wall type

Side-wall sprinkler is installed against the wall, which is suitable for places where it is difficult to arrange pipes in space. Mainly used in light dangerous parts of buildings such as offices, hallways, lounges, corridors and guest rooms. Side-wall sprinkler can be used in class I rooms with light or moderate danger and offices with horizontal roofs.

6 Concealed spray

Concealed spraying is suitable for high-end hotels, houses, theaters and other places that need to ensure the smooth and tidy effect of smallpox.

The cover of the concealed spray is welded on the thread with fusible metal, with melting point of 57 degrees. Therefore, in case of fire, when the temperature rises, the cover will be removed first, and then when the temperature rises to 68 degrees (usually the nozzle), the glass tube will burst and water will be sprayed out. Therefore, the most taboo of hidden sprinkler is that the cover is stained with paint and coating, which will cause action failure.
