When I am studying, I like to shuttle through the streets of this city, looking for my own world. When I passed in front of Jingzhou International Hotel, I was attracted by this simple but not simple building, which combined European fashion with China's elegant style. After leaving school, I am very happy to join the big family of Jingzhou. Thank you for your careful cultivation and your colleagues' patient guidance.

Since I joined the job, my work in the Home Economics Center has been summarized as follows: I need self-confidence, patience and perseverance. Maybe the tedious work makes us frustrated by occasional mistakes, maybe hundreds of phone calls make us upset every day, or maybe the alarm clock in the morning disturbs our dreams, so believe in it, and with confidence, patience and perseverance, work will be like a duck to water.

Lawrence Miller, an American management scientist, wrote in his book: The future will be an era of global competition, and the company that can succeed in this era will be the company that adopts the new corporate culture. As we know, hotel culture usually consists of three aspects: material culture and service culture, management culture and spiritual culture. In the traditional concept, the systematic engineering of hotel culture is mostly material, not humanistic. However, no matter how large the scale of system engineering is, the central axis principle that can play a leading role is still' the desire to realize and strengthen oneself', which points out the importance of spiritual culture. I think how to give full play to the subjective initiative of employees is a problem worthy of our in-depth study and practice. Therefore, in the future work, I will seriously study the knowledge of enterprise management, integrate it into the management mode and details of the hotel, be brave in practice, practice the hotel's cultural concept with my own actions, serve our customers and make them happy and satisfied.
