I am from Beijing and have seen the external structure of this hotel. It is luxurious in domestic hotels and has a good geographical location. It's almost in the center of the city. This is a luxury business hotel built according to international five-star standards, which will probably open in June this year.

But there are two things to remind you that you must weigh:

First, this hotel is a domestic financing and belongs to a private enterprise. I mean, domestic financing hotels also have bright prospects, but compared with international hotel management groups, they are not much worse or better in management, because the management concept of domestic management groups is not the same as that of international hotel management.

Second, hotels that are financed and managed in China will have managers of related households. In other words, some senior managers are not appointed according to their actual working ability, but the so-called "related households". Therefore, if you want to have a great promotion, there is almost no hope without a certain "background". For example, a position like a front desk manager or department director is difficult to do without a certain background. This is the biggest drawback of domestic financing management hotels.

But if you are just an ordinary waiter or service manager, or even a duty manager, there is still development, but it is very limited.

If you have a certain degree and a good foreign language, it is strongly recommended that you find an international hotel management hotel or a wholly foreign-owned hotel for development.
