Conditions and procedures for applying to join the China area of the International Golden Key Organization

1, basic conditions:

Applicants must be at least 2 1 year old, with good looks, and serve as the chief concierge in the hotel lobby. Must have more than five years of hotel work experience (any position in the hotel, and have more than three years of agency service experience and must reach a certain working level), master at least one foreign language, and have participated in the China service training of the International Golden Key Organization.

2. The necessary documents:

The applicant must submit an application and seven supporting documents to Golden Key International China Headquarters:

(1) Two standard one-inch color photos of the applicant;

(2) Photos of the applicant's workplace;

(3) Letters of recommendation from two members (full members who have been qualified for more than three years), and reply to the application within one month. If there are no qualified referees in the area, the application form should be sent directly to the headquarters;

(4) Letter of recommendation from the general manager of the hotel where the applicant is located;

(5) a copy of the qualification certificate for participating in the golden key study;

(6) Old and new certificates of working in the hotel.

3. Approval procedure:

If the applicant has the membership, the administrative secretary of the headquarters will hand over the relevant information of Golden Key Organization (including the notice of payment of membership fees, etc.) to the applicant. ). After the applicant completes the above procedures and meets all the application qualifications, he will receive a notice from the administrative secretary of the headquarters to issue the emblem. After the authorized person of the headquarters awarded the emblem, the member and his hotel officially became members of the International Golden Key Organization. Relevant documents will be submitted to the Chairman of Golden Key International in China, the Chief Representative of Golden Key International in China, the Secretary-General and the Golden Key Branch in the city where the applicant is located for the record.
