Cut the chicken into small pieces (I used three big drumsticks), mix with a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, pepper, a little salt and a little cornflour, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Slice onion, ginger and garlic for later use.

Sauce: a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, and a little sugar.

Soak mushrooms and cut into pieces.

Wash abalone, drain intestines, cut with a cross knife and fry in oil until cooked.

Pour the chicken pieces into the oil pan and fry until they change color. Add chicken oil and stir fry.

Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in rice wine.

Pour in the sauce and mushrooms, cover the pot and stew for 6 minutes. If you like spicy food, you can add a few dried peppers and a little soy sauce to color it.

Stir-fry abalone and put the soup in a bowl.

Pour into the casserole, put the soup just served into the pot, add some sesame oil and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with onions

Bring the whole pot to the table.

A spoonful of braised abalone chicken with soup is poured on the rice, and it becomes abalone chicken sauce rice.

Abalone is easy to cook, don't stew for too long.

With big chicken legs, chicken is easier to cook and takes less time.
