Why was Baodi Baihao Hotel abandoned?

The reason why the Baihao Hotel was abandoned was due to lack of funds and the construction was stopped. Currently, the investor is negotiating with the relevant banks to handle the loan procedures, and construction will resume after the loan is approved. The Baihao Hotel project is located on the north side of Chaoyang Avenue and the west side of Quyang Street. The investment entity is Tianjin Baihao Hotel Management Co., Ltd. The project started construction in May 2011. Due to financial reasons in the middle of the construction, the progress was relatively slow and it was abandoned.
