How to open a jar of wine

Jar wine is generally sealed with yellow mud or gypsum, and the opening method is similar, so attention should be paid to the strength of the technique. The following introduces the opening method of gypsum sealing altar:

Preparation materials: hammer and screwdriver.

1. Place the screwdriver on the edge where the gypsum contacts the altar body, and tap lightly to knock off the mud.

2. Aim the screwdriver at the mud crack that has just been cracked, beat the mud from bottom to top, and gently remove the loose mud.

3. After knocking off half of the clods, pat them from the side of the remaining clods.

4. After the rest of the whole gypsum is loose, gently take it out.

5. Gently brush off the broken mud on the surface by hand and blow off the dust.

6. Uncover the seal of the lotus leaf and enjoy the wine.
