What impressed you the most in the hotels you have been to?

Among the hotels I have been to, what impressed me the most was the service attitude of the hotel service staff. The service in that hotel is very humanized, so you can design intimate service according to your own actual situation. For example, I didn't like the lighting in the bedroom of that hotel, so the hotel staff helped me change it into warmer lighting.
