What tax do I have to pay to resell the property in Phuket?

There are two types of property right transfer registration fees in Thailand:

1) If the house you buy is an auction house, you can pay the down payment within 18-36 months from the date of signing the contract and easily transfer the property yourself. You only need to pay the developer a monthly renaming fee ranging from 3000 to 50000 baht. The price difference of the house can be paid directly to you by the buyer.

2) For those who purchase existing houses or have obtained real estate licenses, the expenses to be paid for selling houses within 5 years from the date of obtaining real estate licenses: the transfer fee is 2% of the transaction price+VAT (3.3% of the transaction price), and the expenses to be paid for selling after 5 years: the transfer fee (2% of the transaction price+VAT (0.5% of the house price).
