China-Japan Cultural Tourism Dalian Exchange Conference

In 20 16, as the main tourist market of Dalian, Japanese tourists declined obviously for various reasons. In order to strengthen the promotion of Japanese tourism and build a communication platform between Chinese and Japanese cities and tourism enterprises, the former Municipal Tourism Commission established the Dalian China-Japan Tourism High-end Forum (later changed to the China-Japan Tourism Exchange Conference), which was fully affirmed by Li Jinzao, former director of the National Tourism Administration, and the leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
