Qixian Ridge Hot Spring Tourist Area is located in the northeast of Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County, 9 kilometers northeast of Baocheng Town, the county seat. Here is a low-lying land, with seven steep peaks as the screen, green hills on the back, rubber Lin Ruhai, coconut groves, betel nut pavilions, red cotton draped in silk and wild flowers fragrant; Hot springs are rising like clouds and fog, like a heavenly palace and a jade pool. When I arrived at the hot spring area, I forgot to rest, took cookies and mineral water and began to explore the mountains. The highest peak of this mountain is 1126 meters, and the mountain road is rugged, and the steep place needs both hands and feet.

Climbing to the summit, picking a piece of white clouds to wipe your sweat seems to smell the fragrance of a fairy. It took me more than five hours to get up and down Qixian Ridge, and I returned to Qixian Ridge Hot Spring Resort, just in time for dinner. Although dinner is in the resort, we can have a real picnic: fresh bracken, wild water spinach, tree vegetables, Leigong bamboo shoots, winged beans, and stone shad. A table of dishes is all wild, and with bowls of Li Shanlan wine, we are drunk in the hot springs one by one. The hot springs in Qixian Ridge are the water from the Yaochi in the sky, so you have to take a good dip if you are drunk. Qixian Ridge Hot Spring is one of the largest hot springs in Hainan, with the highest water temperature of 93℃. It is an ideal medical and health mineral water. After a short soak, the fatigue of mountaineering and the drunkenness of dinner all disappeared.

While lying in a hot spring with pebbles on your head, watching the stars blink and listening to the autumn insects play the piano, you feel that you have melted into a wild and enjoyable atmosphere when you are in Shu Tai. On the north side of the hot spring area, there is a huge natural hot spring pool with an area of about 3 mu, waist-deep water and moderate water temperature, which is pleasant for bathing. The water in this spring pool comes from the confluence of two hot springs and a cold spring. There are two old trees with different postures in Chi Pan, one is like a hippo swimming in the water, and the other is like a crane standing with its head up. The pool surface is steaming like a gauze curtain, which is very strange. On the other side of the hot spring area, there are two springs, one hot and the other cold, which meet in the middle reaches of Shina River, keeping the temperature of this stream around 3 degrees Celsius all the year round, which is suitable for people to bathe and swim. According to local people, bathing here often can remove dampness and dispel wind, relieve pain and itching, treat skin diseases, relax muscles and activate collaterals.
