I'm glad to hear that our school has just set up an English club and is recruiting members. So I am writing this letter to be accepted as one of them.

I am a senior three student. I am good at English, and I like to communicate with others. I often win prizes in English competitions. I am outgoing and often talk to foreigners. I often write emails to my friends abroad. I am often the host at large parties in our class. I am the only organizer of some activities in my class.

I look forward to joining this club. I'm waiting for good news.
