Self-driving route: Take Duwen from Chengdu Take the expressway, get off at Mianxian Expressway, and then go to Caopo Village.

Hiking route:

Route (difficulty): Walk around the lake for a while, and then start climbing the mountain. The whole journey is 20 kilometers, and you can reach an altitude of about 3,000 meters above sea level, overlooking the mountains.

Route (simple): Follow the trail where you started hiking and keep walking toward the valley. The whole journey is about 8km, and there are gurgling water, grassland and forest along the way.
