Workflow and standard of hotel room cleaning

The workflow and standards of hotel room cleaning are as follows:

First, the guest room is open.

Knocking for the first time: before knocking, stand in the middle of the door one step away from the door, knock three times, then report your identity and enter the room after the customer agrees. If there are no customers, you need to knock three more times. No matter whether there are clients or not, you can't go directly in.

The second door is left unlocked: if the customer greets, he says, "Hello, I'm room service." Then use the room card to open the door, push the door to 30 degrees, and then confirm whether there is an anti-theft chain, and confirm that there are no customers before entering.

Third, open the door: when opening the door, you need to be careful not to use too much force to avoid hitting the guests. If you find a guest sleeping, you should apologize to the guest immediately, explain your purpose and ask for the customer's advice. If the guest is not awakened, you should close the door gently, exit the room, and then continue to knock on the door so as not to disturb the news of the guest.

Second, clean the room.

1. Put the tool cart horizontally at the door to block the door.

2. Open the curtains, then turn off the air conditioner, turn the TV to the center with moderate volume, then turn off the TV and put the slippers in the disinfection bucket for disinfection.

Step 3 spread linen. Put the returned linen in the linen bag, and then put the same clean linen aside for later use.

4. Organize furniture such as appliances in the room. If the guest has eaten in the room, put away the tableware, and put the used tableware into the disinfection cabinet after cleaning.

5. Clean the ashtray and trash can.

6. Clean up the garbage in the room and ensure that there is no garbage on the desktop and bed of the room.

7. Re-make the bed according to the standard.

8. Check whether the hotel's electrical facilities, such as electric lights, televisions, telephone remote controls and other facilities can be used normally, including the shower facilities in the bathroom.

Third, the toilet is clean.

1. Before entering the bathroom, you need to turn on the lights and ventilator in the bathroom and put the cleaning tools at the door of the bathroom.

2. Clean up the garbage in the bathroom, clean up the used linen, etc. Replace the trash can with a new garbage bag.

3. Clean the glass basin, floor handle and toilet in the bathroom. Check whether the toilet is damaged, then flush it into the toilet and dry it with a clean rag.

4. Clean the bottom of the ashtray and put it back after disinfection.

5. Supplement other consumables and guest items according to hotel standards.

6. Prepare a new rag to clean the whole toilet, and dry the clean slippers and put them away.

7. Wash the bathroom floor again, check for water leakage, and then take out cleaning tools to turn off the lights and exhaust fans.

Check the order of rooms as needed. Check carefully whether there is anything missing in the room.

Vacuum the room thoroughly with a vacuum cleaner to ensure that the room, desktop windows and windows are free of dust. After cleaning the corridor floor, pull out the room card and exit the room.

Fill in the cleaning report and equipment maintenance list according to the standard, and the maintenance list will be handed over once a day in the morning and afternoon.
