In order to win users, China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom will set up different schemes according to different situations to meet the needs of different groups of people. At first, only a dozen MLM personnel set up various false groups of "trading companies" and used the false groups to register the group network in telecom companies. Although the calls made by pyramid sellers in the network are free, not all the calls made by pyramid sellers are made in the network. With the participation of more and more pyramid sellers, the long distance generated by telecom companies when inviting new customers has created huge income, which is the profit point of telecom operators. Enterprises will not resist pyramid schemes subjectively in order to give up profiteering, but will shift the responsibility to the local government. In business operation, it is not uncommon to waive part of the expenses in order to win another part of the income. If long-distance telephone charges, SMS charges, GPRS traffic charges, monthly fees and color ring tones can be free, it cannot be said that this is supported by the state. Maybe telecom operators will have other profit points to support them to do this kind of business.

2. The fact that there are many banks is actually the same as the free mobile phone card, which is the result of enterprises shirking their responsibilities in order to make money. The post said that every bank had to queue up and everyone had to pay100000 deposit. Imagine, what reason does the bank have to refuse such a large-scale business? As long as it makes money and does not violate local public security rules, banks will not control the government and crack down on pyramid schemes. After successfully creating the atmosphere of MLM Holy Land in Guangxi, it is inevitable that banks will lay out a lot of places here to make money. Like telecom groups, they will not, cannot and cannot manage local MLM. Just as the household registration is liberalized, the population can move freely, and everyone will choose places that are easy to make money, such as Beishangguang. At present, Guangdong's manufacturing-oriented cities, due to the rising exchange rate and other factors, the foreign population has decreased significantly. Many people make money, where there are people, there is business, and banks also have business.

3. The houses of local people are all loaned by banks. This is nothing new. Because mortgage has become the main way to buy a house all over the country in the last decade, you can go to any city, second and third lines, all of which are mainly mortgage. Bank loans are also a bank's business. Before this year, China's major banks were flooded with funds. If they can get loans, bank employees can make money and real estate developers can also make money. Only those who can't manage money will use their savings to buy a house at one time. This year, the People's Bank of China continuously raised the deposit reserve ratio and the benchmark interest rate, that is, gradually tightened the money bag. Whether the bank's money is good in the future depends on the overall economic trend of the country.

4. The most confusing thing is pyramid scheme law enforcement.

They only know that this job is difficult to grasp, it is difficult to obtain evidence (if the person caught is not counted, it is necessary to obtain evidence directly), it is difficult to repatriate (even if the leg is on the pyramid seller, even if it is sent to the South Pole, the pyramid seller will easily come back, so he will not buy expensive long-distance tickets when repatriating), and it is a thankless thing. In the long run, negative coping will become a problem. It should be said that at the legal level, the state's sanctions against pyramid sellers are not heavy, which leads to low illegal costs and difficult law enforcement.
