Introduction to the Shanxi section of Rongwu Expressway?

The section from Shanyin to Pinglu (Shanxi-Mongolia border) of Rongwu Expressway, also known as Shanping Expressway (Sanyin-Pinglu Expressway), is a component of the national expressway G18 Rongwu Expressway and is also a Shanxi Expressway. It is part of the second horizontal line (Guangling Jiadou ~ Pinglu Erdaoliang) of the "Three Vertical, Twelve Horizontal and Twelve Rings" highway planning. Shanxi Section

1. Section from Lingqiu (Yimaling on the Shanxi-Hebei border) to Hunyuan

Lingqiu (Yimaling on the Shanxi-Hebei boundary) to the starting point of the Hunyuan section Located at Yimaling in the east of Zhaobai Village, Luoshuihe Township, Lingqiu County, it connects the Xushui (Dawangdian) to Laiyuan (Hebei-Jinjie) section of the Rongwu Expressway under construction in Hebei Province; it ends at the Hunyuan hub interchange of the Rongwu Expressway , connected to the S45 Tianli Expressway of Jin Expressway and the Hunyuan to Shanyin section of Rongwu Expressway.

This section has one main line toll station (Yimaling Toll Station) and three ramp toll stations (Lingqiu, Pingxingguan, Tangtou).

The section from Lingqiu to Hunyuan was put into operation on March 12, 2012.

The section from Yimaling to Lingqiu is blocked because the section from Xushui (Dawangdian) to Laiyuan (Ji-Jinjie) is not connected.

2. The section from Hunyuan to Shanyin

It was opened to traffic on December 30, 2010.

The section from Shanyin to Pinglu (Shanxi-Mongolia boundary) of Rongwu Expressway , also known as Shanping Expressway (Shanyin-Pinglu Expressway), is a component of the national expressway G18 Rongwu Expressway and the second horizontal line of the "Three Vertical, Twelve Horizontal and Twelve Rings" planned by Shanxi Expressway (Guangling Jiadou~Pinglu Expressway) Lu Erdaoliang) component.

The project was approved for construction by the National Development and Reform Commission with the Development and Reform Foundation [2010] No. 1637. The project owner is Shuozhou Expressway Construction Management Office. The construction funds come from the Central Special Fund and the Shanxi Provincial Department of Transportation. Self-raised and domestic bank loans, the project capital contribution ratio is 25% of project capital and 75% of bank loans. The tenderer is Shuozhou Expressway Construction Management Office.

The starting point of this project is located at the Shanyin Interconnection of the G55 Erguang Expressway in Heshengbao, Shanyin County, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province. It is connected to the G55 Erguang Expressway and the completed and operational G18 Rongwu Expressway from Hunyuan to Shanyin Section. , passing through Shanyin, Wumaying, Xiangyangbao, Pinglu, Xiaoluzhuang, and Fenghuangcheng, ending at Erdaoliang (Shanxi-Mongolia border), Pinglu District, Shuozhou City, and connecting to the G18 Rongwu Expressway No. 17 under construction in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. From the ditch to Dafianpu section.

The total length of the route is 107.9km. The entire line is constructed according to the two-way four-lane highway standard, with a design speed of 100km/h and a roadbed width of 26m. The designed vehicle load design level of bridges and culverts is highway-level I. Cross S206 Shanxi Provincial Road Daxin Line and Beitongpu Railway at Beizhouzhuang, then enter Hongtao Mountain, pass through Xiadiao Township, Dongniupo and Wuxinzhai to Pinglu District, and then go to Zhongshihu, Xinjiao, Pinglu District From Xiangyangbao, Dayouping, Xiaoluzhuang, Zhengjiaying to the provincial boundary Erdaoliang, the G18 station number is km153 500~km261 400.
