Government's policy towards five-star hotels

Legal analysis: For hotels rated as five-star by the National Star Hotel Appraisal Committee after completion, the municipal government will give each bed a one-time reward of 30,000 yuan from the guiding funds for the development of tourism industry.

Legal basis: Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Impact Assessment.

Seventeenth construction project environmental impact report shall include the following contents:

(a) the general situation of construction projects;

(two) the current situation of the surrounding environment of the construction project;

(three) analysis, prediction and evaluation of the possible impact of construction projects on the environment;

(four) environmental protection measures of construction projects and their technical and economic demonstration;

(five) the economic profit and loss analysis of the environmental impact of the construction project;

(six) suggestions on the implementation of environmental monitoring for construction projects;

(7) conclusion of environmental impact assessment.

The content and format of the environmental impact report form and the environmental impact registration form shall be formulated by the competent department of ecological environment of the State Council.

Eighteenth environmental impact assessment of construction projects should avoid duplication with the planned environmental impact assessment.

As a whole, the environmental impact assessment is carried out according to the construction project, but the planned environmental impact assessment is not carried out.

If the planning that has been conducted with environmental impact assessment includes specific construction projects, the conclusion of the planning environmental impact assessment shall be taken as an important basis for the environmental impact assessment of the construction project, and the contents of the environmental impact assessment of the construction project shall be simplified according to the review opinions of the planning environmental impact assessment.
