I entered the company after graduating from graduate school in July this year, and I feel very honored as a hydropower person! Although I have worked in the company for less than a month so far, I have always felt care and warmth in this short time: leaders care about our growth, and their inculcation has benefited me a lot, which has enabled me to quickly straighten my position and clarify my goals; There are colleagues here who help me get familiar with my business. Their help enabled me to get on the right track of work more quickly and realize the transformation from a school person to a professional. There is also a broad career stage for us to display our talents and create a wonderful life! Being able to work in such a company, I believe my ability can be improved to the greatest extent and my value can be realized to the greatest extent! I am happy with my original decision. I will always be a loyal hydropower person and make my own contribution to the development of the company with excellent work performance!

Although the training lasted only five days, the course arrangement was compact and the content was substantial, which made me gain a lot.

First of all, I was spiritually baptized. The lecturer of this training is either a company leader or a department leader. They can teach in person, which shows that leaders at all levels of the company attach importance to this training and our new employees. Moreover, company leaders and department leaders have made careful preparations for this training. Thick handouts and easy-to-understand explanations have condensed their years of work experience and embodied the spirit of rigor, seriousness and responsibility. This kind of experience is worth learning, and this kind of spirit is worth learning, which will be a precious spiritual wealth in our life! Secondly, I gained knowledge. Thirdly, I feel the satisfaction of friendship. Through this training, I know more new colleagues, because I feel more cordial and more at home. Although the five-day training is over, our work has just begun. How to carry out the work better should be the core issue we are thinking about now. I just want to make the following points to encourage my new colleagues:

1, realize the role change as soon as possible, find the right personal position and integrate into the new environment.

It is a great change from school to society. We will inevitably feel uncomfortable in this process, but it can't be us.

An excuse to escape. As we sit here today, we should understand that our identity is no longer a student, but a company employee. 2. Pay attention to cultivating loyalty, responsibility and fighting spirit.

I graduated from North China Electric Power University majoring in engineering management, and I like football and reading.

The induction training for new employees organized by the company's human resources department, although the time is very short, only one week, has benefited me a lot. General manager Lu gave a wonderful speech. Through his introduction and description of the company's future development plan, I saw the bright development prospects of China Hydropower Company, and at the same time increased my confidence in my upcoming career.

During the training, my biggest feeling is that China Hydropower Company attaches great importance to the induction training of new employees. Company leaders and department managers personally attended the meeting and gave detailed and patient suggestions on the problems we will encounter in our future work, which deeply moved us and made us proud to be a hydropower person. On the last day of training, the leaders of all departments were present and had face-to-face communication with us, which made me a freshman feel a heavy and warm sense of belonging.

Through this induction training, I have a preliminary understanding of the company's framework. First of all, Mr. Lu's wonderful speech gave me a certain understanding of the company's development process and current situation. 4, learn to be a man, learn to do things. As college students who have just left school, we don't have any work experience, so we should consult others more humbly. My name is Han Chao, and I graduated from the School of Water Resources and Hydropower of Wuhan University, majoring in water conservancy engineering. My hometown is Weinan, Shaanxi, a typical small city in the north. I witnessed the change of Weihe River from clear to turbid. The reservoir where I used to swim when I was a child was strictly protected and became the water supply source of the urban area. There is only one open-air swimming pool left in an existing prefecture-level city. I was born in love the water, and I chose the hydropower major of Wuda University without hesitation in the college entrance examination. From then on, I became attached to hydropower engineering.

I am really lucky to be able to enter China Hydropower Station. I cherish and attach great importance to this job. I just came to the company and saw the skilled and busy work of my colleagues around me. I am at a loss and want to join them as soon as possible, but I am particularly ignorant. I was in a dizzy state on the first day. I am very grateful to the human resources leaders for their patient guidance from beginning to end, and I am also very grateful to Manager Li and all my colleagues in the Second Department for their guidance and concern, which gave me a little idea about my work. This training, after listening to the leader's finishing touch, benefited a lot. Decades of experience is not as good as "studying for ten years". My feelings are mainly as follows:

First, understand the development of the company.

China Water Conservancy and Electric Power Foreign Company (CWE) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Three Gorges Project Development Corporation, a foreign aid agency of the former Ministry of Water and Electricity. Since 1955, it has undertaken and organized the implementation of water conservancy and electric power foreign economic assistance projects on behalf of the state, and started international engineering contracting and labor export business since 1980. It is one of the first eight companies approved by the State Council to engage in foreign project contracting. China Water Conservancy and Electric Power Foreign Company was formally established in August 1983 with the approval of the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, and was responsible for foreign aid, complete equipment import, international project contracting and labor export of China water conservancy and electric power industry.

As an important carrier for China Three Gorges Project Development Corporation to implement the "going out" strategy, China Hydropower Group Corporation will gradually realize its development strategy in the international hydropower field around international hydropower project design consultation, general contracting of hydropower projects, international resource investment and technology development. The development goal of China Hydropower Group Company is to build CWE into a large-scale international advanced hydropower company integrating investment, construction, operation and management through long-term unremitting efforts.

Second, feel the culture of the company.

The four simple words in China hydropower culture, "Look globally, serve the country, develop enterprises and care for employees", embody the essence of the company.

Wang Shuji talked about "radish culture" as a corporate culture to cultivate and motivate employees and encourage them to keep moving forward. As the core of an enterprise, corporate culture is the driving force for enterprise cohesion and development. Undoubtedly, a good corporate culture can fully motivate employees to work. At work, all colleagues are not limited to their own strengths, but also constantly sum up the learning atmosphere of constantly improving their professional level, which is more worthy of our newcomers to learn and integrate. In the face of such a corporate culture with learning spirit and creativity, no matter how many difficulties there are on the way forward, I believe we will not shrink back and forge ahead. Here, we learn from our predecessors, business and life. We are colleagues, teachers and more like friends.

Third, make clear the department distribution and business scope of the company.

These days, the managers of various departments take turns to talk about the business of their own departments, which can be described as a collection of highlights. As a hydropower person, I am eager to know more about project management and overseas project operation. Of course, I am most concerned about the Second International Business Department's communication with African countries, the specific situation encountered in the project construction process, the rich experience of going deep into the front line of the project, life in a foreign country, hard work, happy returns and so on. I always feel that when I talk about this, I am full of energy. I really want to experience this life as soon as possible. In the actual project, I will apply the hydropower knowledge I have learned in the past six years to practice, experience it on the spot and grow into the business backbone of the company at an early date.

Although I don't major in finance and investment, I am very interested in these aspects. At the same time, I feel that since I am an international business company like China Hydropower, I can't confine myself to this major. People who don't know how to manage and operate are incomplete. I have done some economic evaluation in school before, so I know a little about the basic knowledge of evaluation. After listening to the lecture, I think I should use my spare time to have a more systematic and in-depth understanding of these knowledge that can add value to my business. While you are young, learn more knowledge that is beneficial to the company, comprehensively cultivate your ability to handle international business, grow rapidly, and create value for the company.

Fourth, dare to think and do, don't be a frog in the well.

Faced with a completely different environment from the school, a completely unfamiliar international business and a complex society, I am worried that I can't undertake the business entrusted by the leaders for a while, and I am afraid that I can't do it well, and I am always timid in doing things. But through this training, I found that the company encourages and inspires every new person. Mistakes are inevitable, and we can't back down because we will make mistakes. Dare to try and keep improving.

"The mission is determined by the vision." This sentence of Wang Shuji gave me great inspiration. In fact, sometimes it's really a matter of vision. This is a very simple and practical example. Take the office software that you usually use. I haven't seen it. I don't know how to use it. If you can have a high vision, how thoroughly you should see the problem, even the most difficult things will become simple. "Monopoly thinking" is impacting my thinking. This is really an idea that I have never thought of, an idea that I have never heard of, and a vision that I have never seen before. Just getting started, we have a feeling that a frog in the well suddenly jumps to the ground. Dare to think and do, and give full play to your thinking and ability.

In short, the training was fruitful. After fully understanding the company, I gradually clarified my position and requirements, especially the following things that need to be done well at present:

First of all, attitude determines height and faces all unknowns with a good attitude. If you don't know how to learn, you will always live in a daze. Treat everything as a work of art and strive for perfection;

Secondly, establish the concept of project and the idea of project management. Learn from books or be taught by experienced engineers;

Third, learn business knowledge systematically. Specifically, it includes professional English, FIDIC clauses, software required for business, etc. This should lay a solid foundation;

Finally, integrate into the company culture and participate in teamwork. To have team spirit, we should not only do our own business well, but also care about the related work of colleagues around us. Always remember that this is a cooperative group.

Hello everyone! My name is He Wei. I graduated from School of Management Science and Engineering, Central University of Finance and Economics, majoring in technical economy and management. Now I have the honor to join the International Project Investment Department of China Hydropower Corporation.

First of all, I would like to thank the company leaders and department heads for carefully preparing such rich pre-job training content for new employees. Get to know the company's history, organization and corporate culture in the shortest possible time, and at the same time systematically study relevant professional knowledge, safety production and management systems of various departments.

Through this training, I benefited a lot and have a deep understanding. I want to talk about my entry and training experience from the following three aspects.

First of all, I learned about the company's historical evolution and corporate culture. The first day of training is to introduce the company's development history and future development prospects. Teacher Lu's detailed introduction seems to have led us through these decades of storms and witnessed the changes in business scope, operation mode and management system of China Hydropower Company 10. These ten changes show the brilliant pioneering course of China Hydropower Company, as well as the outstanding leadership team and excellent employees behind it. Mr. Wang's introduction to the company's international core business has given me a deeper understanding of the company's market expansion and superior resources.
