ACT hotel

At the beginning of 2065438+2009, there was a heavy snow in Anna Poorna, which is said to be once in 70 years. Lake T is frozen, and the road to Lake T is also covered by heavy snow. So we crossed Tuolongguan (54 16m) according to the traditional route and arrived at Chomsham. Unfortunately, I didn't see it with my own eyes. So my travel notes are called memory cracks, because it is not perfect and it has regrets. But it is also because of the heavy snow that we can see a particularly enchanting scene wrapped in silver.

I want to hear it. She said, I don't know what to do.

Enjoy the present, tomorrow is too uncertain.

preface

Anna Poorna Great Link -ACT was named one of the top ten hiking routes in the world by National Geographic magazine.

The difficulty of ACT (Anna Poorna Raceway) is gradual, starting from BeiSakhar (790m), which has a low starting point, and crossing Solang-Lashan Pass at 5416m ... On average, it climbs about 600m every day, with low altitude and ordinary scenery, so many hikers will choose to reach Chame by SUV, which also saves a few days.

Specific itinerary

Day 1 day: Kathmandu

Depart from Shanghai, transfer to Guangzhou, and finally arrive in Kathmandu after a seven-hour flight.

When you get off the plane, you can fill in your personal information on the self-service machine before entering the customs. China citizens have a special channel.

Street view of Kathmandu

Day 2: Kathmandu-Bei Issakhar (820m)-Chamsh (1430m).

Driving distance: 10 hour.

It rained in the early morning and I was awakened by the sound of rain. I got up to freshen up and put the materials I didn't bring into the mountains in the hotel.

A corner of Tamil region in Kathmandu

Depart from Kathmandu after breakfast and drive along Kathmandu Valley and Trisuri River. The weather hasn't improved yet, and there has been traffic jam on Panshan Highway. At lunch, the weather gradually cleared up. In the afternoon, we continued to drive to Besisahar, which is the starting point of ACT loop and the place where we met the tour guide.

Chapati, an Indian cake, left a deep impression on us in K2BC, Pakistan, and we still remember it.

After Besisahar, I went into the mountain, changed my jeep and continued to Chyamche. The mountain road gradually became muddy because of the rain, and the mountain road began to bump. Two hours later, we arrived at the inn where we stayed today. A large group of 20 people finally got together at a dinner table for the first time and got to know each other.

The tour guide Wang is a 25-year-old Nepalese boy. He is short and pithy. He can also speak Chinese. He has studied Chinese for more than two years. He knows Chinese characters, can read and write, and can communicate with us without obstacles.

Day 3: Chamsh (1430m)-Cham (2620m)

By car: four hours.

Before we set out, we wandered in the nearby mountains, and the guide took us to the hillside near the inn, where there was a waterfall.

After breakfast, we drove to Chame and saw Manaslu (8 156m), the eighth highest mountain in the world. Manaslu Peak, also known as Manaslu Peak, is called Kutangge Peak or Kutangshan Mountain in Tibetan, which means flat land and is used to describe its broad top.

Time in the mountains is always so rambling. Go to the inn early in the afternoon to rest, wash clothes and bask in the sun.

I heard that there are hot springs nearby. I am very excited that I can have fun in the water, but I didn't bring my bikini. Wear slippers, bring towels and go happily. Geothermal water is really hot, and soaking feet is very hot. It's really a good choice to take a bath with some cold water.

Day 4: Chame(2620)-Bhratang (2850m)-Lower Pisang (3200m)

Difficulty:

Intensity:

Scenery:

Walking for about 5 hours, the hiking mileage is about 12.6km, which increases by about 1 100m and decreases by about 400 m.

Get up early and shoot mountains. After breakfast, we packed our bags and set off immediately.

The initial journey was a 400-meter climb. We arrived at Bhratang, and then we will continue to set off after lunch.

It is said that the place in the picture is the place where the donkey friend was buried ten days ago because of an avalanche.

This is a relatively flat road leading to Lower Pisan. It was past three o'clock in the afternoon when we arrived at the inn in Xiapisang. We unloaded our luggage, put on thick clothes, took our cameras and went to Epithelial Sang, where there was a Tibetan Buddhist temple.

The above pictures are provided by Brother Kunming.

Day 5: Lower Pisang (3,200m)-Manan (3,500m)

Difficulty:

Intensity:

Scenery:

The hiking time is about 7 hours, and the hiking mileage is about 18.6km, with a cumulative increase of about 560m and a decrease of about 345m m.

Early in the morning, we set out along the valley, and the first thing we saw was a lake, where we could photograph the reflection of two peaks in Anna Poorna. I can't imagine that at this altitude, you can see the lush jungle and rich colors at the foot of the snow-capped mountains.

Anna Poorna Erfeng, did you see the face?

After leaving the lake, there will be a flat "expressway", and then there will be a 400m straight uphill.

Because I travel faster, I wait for you in the small shop halfway up the mountain. The big army is coming. Let's start over. Reaching a higher mountainside, the two peaks and four peaks of Anna Poorna line up in a row, imposing.

Because I travel faster, I take the initiative to go with the tour guide and order at the inn where I eat at noon first, because the serving speed in the local inn in Nepal is too slow. In order to save everyone's time, I sent someone to order first, so that the big troops can eat when they come.

After lunch, we went on to Malang. First of all, we ushered in a big downhill. My strength is going uphill, and it is really difficult for me to go downhill. With the same slope, I will go uphill much faster than going downhill. The road after that will be smoother.

Manan is the important town of ACT and the largest supply point. Drinking and eating meat can be experienced here. Because the materials on the road will be more and more scarce, there is no chicken and beef, no beer and red bull, only eggs and vegetables, wifi is becoming more and more expensive, and the signal is getting worse and worse. So let's eat steak together tonight.

Have a full meal and sleep happily.

Day 6: Malang (3540m above sea level)-Jacques Halleda (4230m above sea level)

Dressing suggestion: you need to go to an altitude of 4000m today, and the weather is unpredictable in the afternoon. It is strongly recommended that you bring underwear. You must wear a wool hat and don't let your head catch cold.

I had apple pie for breakfast, a famous dessert of ACT. It is said that ACT is also called the apple pie route. On the one hand, Marnan's apple pie is famous. On the other hand, ACT's roadmap is a bit like apple pie. ACT's apple pie is really sweet, really too sweet.

After breakfast, I packed my bags and went to the Annapurna reserve project, punching in as usual. When I came to Sancha Road, Tuolongyakou and Tieliqu Lake, I reluctantly walked to Tuolongyakou.

The road is still rising gently today, and the weather is fine in the morning. The warm sunshine at noon made us not want to continue, but we changed our faces soon after lunch. The sunshine is gone, the wind is blowing, and the snow line is slowly seen. It began to rain gradually, and I felt very cold. I stopped to have a rest and put on my sweater and jacket.

Day 7: Leidal (4230m above sea level)-Gao Camp (4925m above sea level).

Difficulty:

Intensity:

Scenery:

It takes about 3 hours to walk, with a walking mileage of 5.9km, 668m upward and 65 m downward.

The strong wind last night dispersed the dark clouds, and the weather was fine this morning. Before getting up, take out your camera and shoot the opposite Rizhao Jinshan. Today's hike, only one person can pass in the first half, and it takes two hours to reach Solongfeidi.

With a continuous downhill, it ushered in a tortuous continuous uphill.

Complete the uphill, and then usher in a stone area, which needs to pass quickly.

, duration 00: 1 1

When you come to a step, it's just a step. The steps are high, but too slippery. On the right is a cliff. If you are not careful, you will easily fall down.

Walking in front of me was an aunt from London, England. She passed quickly. She turned around and asked me in her clear English, Do you need any help?

I nodded hard: I need it too much.

She and her guide grabbed my arm and told me to walk down slowly. When I stood firm, they let me go, but I actually slipped. How stupid I am! ! !

After lunch, after a short rest, you will have a zigzag continuous uphill climb at an altitude of 400m m.

As I was the last to start, I took a shortcut with the team leader in order to catch up with the progress of the big army. Although there were footprints in front of him, I missed them. My feet are knee-high in the snow. I pulled out my leg and continued to step on it. I looked at the man helplessly and spread my hands: I need help.

Wang Ren and my aunt's guide came over and picked me up from the snow like a box. Wang Ren also said to me: Take the right path. Later, I learned that mountains are also ups and downs. Snow covers mountains, and we don't know which roads will be trampled empty, but the locals know that the bottom of the roads they step on is real. We are not familiar with this mountain. If we find another way, it will be easy to walk empty.

Uphill is my strong point, and it is not difficult. Pay attention to breathing at a constant speed, it takes 50 minutes.

Because there is only one inn in Gaoying, all the donkey friends who need to cross the mountain pass will rest here, and the beds are very tight. I hope we have booked all the beds on the mountain before lunch, but there are still few rooms for two. Because I walked fast, I grabbed a few double rooms.

The altitude is close to 5000, so be especially careful, especially pay attention to keep your head and body warm to avoid catching cold.

After baking the stove, I went back to my room to sleep and save my strength so that I could cross the mountain pass the next day. In fact, I didn't sleep deeply at 5 thousand meters, so it is also a good choice to go out and shoot stars in the middle of the night.

We are stars in the sky/we travel alone.

We are stars in the sky/meet and part in the sky.

Day 8: Gao Camp (4,925m)-Solang-Lashankou (5416m)-Muktinate (3,800m).

Difficulty:

Intensity:

Scenery:

Walking for 7 hours, the hiking mileage is about 10.6km, with an accumulated increase of about 500m and a decrease of about1600 m.

At half past four in the morning, we set off. I volunteered and followed the guide to the first place in the team.

I have to say, my headlights are too weak, with insufficient brightness and intensity. I rely on the headlights of my teammates behind me to light up the road ahead for me. After an hour's hiking, we finally came to a teahouse. At this time, it was already dawn. Everyone drank some hot water, put away the headlights, made some adjustments and continued to set off.

There is always a road at the end of the road, and there is always an uphill at the end of the uphill.

Although we passed the planned Lake Tiliqiao because of the heavy snow at the beginning of the year, it is also because of the heavy snow that these mountains are particularly enchanting.

At 7: 49 local time, I finally arrived at Tuolongyakou.

The snow in the mountain pass is really thick. Compare the signboard on the pass with my friend's visit during the Spring Festival last year. My friend said that I must have passed the fake pass.

I wrote my name on the trailer pass to prove that I had been here. I left my name, my footprints and my story. I don't need others to know me, let the Himalayan wind blow away my name and let the Himalayan sunshine melt my name.

Like the big Boss playing this trip, we are all very excited.

Reach the highest point, then go downhill, downhill. . . Slope road. . Road. . . It's my weakness again. Stupid birds fly first and can only walk in front of others. Wear knee pads, tie your shoelaces and pay attention to protecting your knees.

When going downhill, the snow is also thick. Although the person in front stepped out of the road, later people only need to step on the footprints to go down the mountain, but the person in front has long legs and big feet, and my legs are short, so I have to step on a footprint. Sometimes I have to do some difficult moves like splits, but my ligaments are tight, so we all thought of a good way.

Please look at this downhill and guess how I will get down.

Answer: slide down like a slide.

In the process of sliding downhill, I used to wear long sleeves, the sleeves were lifted, and my elbows were directly skinned by ice. The donkey friend on the road gently wiped me with the iodophor he brought. Because I always get hurt when traveling, I decided to take mercuric chloride or iodophor with me when traveling.

ACT is an excellent one-stop experience for hiking and skiing.

After a series of continuous downhill, the altitude dropped to 1600m, and my balance and coordination were poor, which made me fall nearly 10 times on the way downhill.

At four o'clock in the afternoon, we arrived in Muktitinas. Muktinath belongs to Xiayema area. Because Indians recently came to Mukhtanat to worship Hindu temples, the inn was almost full, and it really took a lot of effort to find an inn that could accommodate 20 people at the same time. The inn can take a bath, but the hot water is limited. We asked the store to prepare more hot water for us to comfort us. After taking a shower, I immediately refreshed. After the baptism of Tuolongyakou, I went to bed early.

Day 9: Mutinyat (3800)-Chomsham

Difficulty:

As a pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhists, Mukhtanat is a small village with extremely strong religious culture. Here, the incense is strong and the believers are constant, which already belongs to the wild horse area.

Mustang is the last autonomous kingdom in Nepal, and it is also the only area that completely preserves the original appearance of Tibetan traditional culture. It is hidden in the secret place of the Himalayas and is called "the gem of the Himalayas". Its capital, lo-man Tang, has been certified as a world cultural heritage by UNESCO and is one of the best preserved medieval cities in the world. Musitang was not opened to the public until 1992, but foreign tourists need a pass to enter. The license fee is 500 dollars, and they can play 10 days. If they exceed one day, they will be charged another $50.

In the distance, wearing a hat (commonly known as "Yun Qi") is the seventh highest mountain in the world-Daolagiri Peak.

There is a very popular Vishnu Temple in Muktitinas (3,800 meters), which is located at the highest altitude in the first world (followed by Nitas, 3680) and is a sacred place. Hindus and Buddhists are located at the Tolongyakou at the foot of Muktininat Valley at an altitude of 3,800 meters. The site is close to Ranipauwa village and is sometimes called Muktinath by mistake.

In the morning, led by Wang Ren, we went to Mutina Temple, where there is a Hindu temple, and then went up, which is a Tibetan Buddhist temple. When I was in Badggang, I was refused access to Hindu temples because I was not a Hindu. This Hindu temple is allowed to enter.

Stay away from the pain of parting.

You have to go through thousands of separations.

Can we be inseparable?

In order to avoid unnecessary pain.

You'll want everything and get nothing.

You'll get nothing.

At 10: 30 in the morning, we walked from Muktinath to Jomsom, and the altitude dropped by nearly1000 m. According to my personal experience, I suggest you: don't go, take a bus, because the wind and sand are too strong, and you can go to Chomsham by bus after Mukhtanat.

Day 10: Chomsham (2800 meters)

Today, we had a day off in Chomsham. In the morning, we went to marfa, which belongs to the Wild Horse District. It's too windy to go back by car on foot, so it's recommended to go back and forth by car.

This village is the apple capital of America. Marfa brandy and jam are made from local fruits. It is a common overnight stop on Anna Poorna Loop, which is not as crowded as Chomsham in the north, and there are not so many tourists. (-from Wikipedia)

Hekou Huihai (1866— 1945) was the first Japanese to enter Tibet in history. He went to Tibet twice. He is a world-renowned figure among many foreign Tibetans in the early 20th century, and also a pioneer of Tibetan studies in Japan.

Day 1 1 day: Chomsham (2,800 meters)-Boccara (827 meters)

Get up at four o'clock, pack your bags, arrive at Chomsham Airport at five o'clock, and fly to Boccara at six o'clock.

Small planes in Nepal are generally 17 seats. Due to the runway danger at Lukara Airport, other small planes that want to travel to and from Chomsham or Boccara still take off and land normally.

Boccara is famous for its freshness. It is not as crowded, noisy and dusty as Kathmandu. Walking on the street, walking by the lake, boating in Fava Lake, gliding and bungee jumping are all good experiences.

Day 12: Boccara

This day is really a long story.

Get up after four o'clock to watch the sunrise. It's raining. Also because of the rain, the paragliding activity in the morning was cancelled and we went to peace tower. Overlooking Fava Lake, I found it foggy and didn't see anything.

I was informed at noon that the rain stopped in the afternoon and I could bungee jump. I'm afraid to go bungee jumping after lunch. I'm afraid I'll throw up. I didn't even eat lunch. In the first 20 minutes, the staff told us that we could bungee jump. In the second 20 minutes, when I arrived at the store, they told me that it was raining on the mountain at present, and I might be struck by lightning if I went there.

Helpless, I can only go boating on Fava Lake.

Besides, when I went to Boccara for the second time, I didn't photograph the beautiful reflection of fishing rod on Fava Lake.

However, I had some different experiences from the first time (20 14 National Day): I went to peace tower in the world and went boating on Lake Fava.

After the rain, dawn broke on the riverbank, and how many old ships and new passengers knew. On the distant mountain, they saw bamboo forests and grasslands, and the morning breeze caressed the banana.

Willow oars splash peach blossom waves, Tingzhou cranes overlook, drink a lamp to leave fragrance and sing a song about the past.

Day 13: Boccara-Kathmandu

You woke up from tonight's wine? There is a breeze and a waning moon on the bank of Yangliu.

Finally, visit Fava Lake and punch in as usual.

No adventure, no excitement, no fun, go home!

Get in the car and go to Boccara airport.

The trip is coming to an end, and there are always some regrets and disappointments. The weather is still bad today, with sporadic rain in the morning. Then, we were told that all the small planes in Kathmandu were grounded because of the thunderstorm! The tour leader and tour guide immediately contacted the car and sent us back to Kathmandu.

At 8: 30 in the evening, I finally arrived at the airport, eight minutes short, and I caught up.

What a thrilling day, I boarded the plane as I wished.

Looking at the bustling Hong Kong airport, we finally returned to our place.

At this point, the trip to ACT came to a successful conclusion.

postscript

Nepal, a country I love and hate, always wants to leave this hellhole before every trip. But after a while, I miss this place very much and even plan to return to it.

Love him, because he has rich landform levels, 800m plains, river valleys, 3000m forests, 4000m shrubs and 800m snow-capped mountains. The beautiful natural landscape must be matched with rich humanistic characteristics in order to be amazing.

I hate him, because this country and its people are so unreliable, especially small planes, which are grounded when they say they are grounded. In this country where light industry and tourism support GDP, people's happiness index is actually very high.

I love the outdoors for six years. I have experienced Meili Rain Collapse, turned to Rinpoche in Yamaoka, and hiked EBC, K2BC and ACT. Every trip leaves a deep impression on me.

Because of the outdoors, I ran for three years, from a big fat of 150 kg to a small fat of 1 10 kg. From physical education class failing to finish half-time horse racing to hiking EBC and K2BC. I have experienced snowstorms, temperature loss, thunderstorms and falling rocks outdoors. In Shan Ye, there is no one in front and no one behind. A person shuttles between mountains, just like a sandpiper in the boundless world! . Walking, let me become independent, let me overcome difficulties again and again, at the same time, let my will hone a cocoon and tell myself that I can really carry on.

How to choose in life is correct, because that is the way you should go, but how to choose in life is regrettable. Some lives are for carrying on the family line, some are for experiencing, and some are for feeling. Try to make yourself different, not to change the world, but not to be changed by the world.
