What's the difference between plain weave and jacquard in the hotel?

There are many weaving processes of towels, such as plain weave, jacquard, satin file, satin file jacquard, velvet cutting and so on. What are the common techniques of hotel towels today?

First of all, plain weave

But literally, plain weave means that there is no pattern or logo on the cloth surface of the towel. If you want to make the hotel name or logo on the plain towel, you can only embroider or print it on the towel. The advantages of plain towel are fast delivery, short production cycle and relatively cheap price. If you need it urgently, plain coins are an ideal choice.

Second, jacquard

It is in the process of towel weaving that the required patterns, characters or logo are woven on the towel through computer digital programming, and the jacquard part has a concave-convex feeling, which is more elegant! This kind of jacquard is more practical for high-end hotels, guesthouses, sauna clubs and so on. There is also a jacquard process called "yarn-dyed jacquard", that is, the logo or pattern on the towel can be distinguished by different colors, and the colors are clear and vivid. There is no concave-convex feeling in the jacquard part, but the front and back colors of the towel are just the opposite. This process generally requires a large quantity, which is more suitable for high-grade gifts.

Third, satin file

That is to say, the terry at both ends of the towel near the plain cloth part is woven with horizontal stripes of satin, or one end has wide satin. We usually call it "platinum satin". The jacquard part can be formed by warp floats or weft floats. Clear patterns and logo can be embroidered on the cross section, which is more suitable for star-rated hotels or high-end gifts.
