Liaoning Modern Service Vocational and Technical College is a model college for the reform and development of higher vocational education in Liaoning Province. Approved by the People's Government of Liaoning Province and put on record by the Ministry of Education, it is a provincial public higher vocational college that specializes in training high-quality technical and technical talents for the service industry.

The college was originally named Liaoning Commercial Cadre School (1979) and merged with Liaoning Service School (1985) in 2002.
