8. Those who have made other outstanding contributions and the board of directors or general manager thinks that they should be rewarded for promotion.
Outstanding achievements or significant contributions, can be promoted to two; At the same time, people with leadership skills can be promoted to the first administrative post.
Article 5 The promotion procedures are as follows:
1. Employee recommendation, self-recommendation or unit nomination;
2. The supervisory committee or the Ministry of Supervision shall conduct a review jointly with the Ministry of Personnel;
3. Approved by the board of directors or general manager.
Among them, the promotion of employees appointed by the board of directors is reviewed by the board of supervisors, and the general manager nominates the board of directors for approval; The promotion of employees employed by the general manager shall be reviewed by the Ministry of Supervision and approved by the Ministry of Labor and Personnel.
