[Beijing, Cambodia, Chiang Mai]-A fulfilling trip to Southeast Asia
I have long heard that Angkor Wat is a rare miracle. It seems that it would be a great regret not to see it with my own eyes. So I took 10 days out of my long vacation and took a happy self-guided tour along the general route of "Beijing, Cambodia, Chiang Mai" according to many people's instructions. Embark on your journey, go through the relevant exit procedures, prepare your luggage, book your air tickets, and fly directly from Beijing International Airport to Siem Reap within the planned date. The weather is great. Through the airplane window, you can see the bright sky. Flight time is about 7 hours. It took off at 11 am and arrived in Siem Reap before 7 pm. After getting off the plane, we went to the booked hotel for accommodation. The hotel's name is spelled Golden Temple Villas. I can't believe this hotel also offers a free 30 minute massage. Such kind service is indeed commendable. The fatigue of several hours of flight was forgotten in the free massage, which made me feel very comfortable. In addition, there are shops next to the hotel where you can buy many souvenirs at very low prices. On the second day of walking in Cambodia, I woke up early in the hotel and went to Bayon Temple to watch the sunrise. There are many tourists watching the sunrise here. Sunrise feels like a courage to break through the darkness, and I love this feeling. This day's itinerary started from Angkor Wat. To the north of Angkor Wat is Thongwang City, although it was once a very large city. However, historical changes have meant that only a few ruins such as the Sky Palace and the King's Terrace have been preserved. In addition, there are also the most famous local relics-Tuo Mistress Manon Temple and Tabu Temple. Finally, I went to Bukan to watch the sunset, and the day trip ended successfully. From sunrise to sunset, I lived a fulfilling and happy life. The route on the second day was very long and there were not many tourists, but the world-famous architectural attraction Angkor Wat was still crowded with people. Other than that, it's much quieter. Cardamom Temple, Royal Bathhouse, and Holy Sword Temple are all worth visiting. I enjoyed the sunrise and sunset at Angkor Wat this day, and it felt different from other places. On the fourth day, we took a bus to Phnom Penh and lived freely in Phnom Penh. On the sixth day to Chiang Mai, I flew to Bangkok and then took the train to Chiang Mai. The streets of Chiang Mai's ancient city gave me a very peaceful feeling. Soft music flows quietly. I still miss it very much. If I had time, I really should spend a few more days there. I visited Chiang Mai Wat, Wat Phra Sinh, etc. Just in time for the weekend, I went to the Sunday market and bought many small commodities that I liked. The price is very cheap and I can eat a lot of authentic local specialties here. I spent my last few days in Bangkok visiting the Grand Palace, Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and taking a boat trip on the Chao Phraya River. After flying back to Beijing from Bangkok, I felt that I had gained a lot. If you have time, please go to "Beijing, Cambodia, Chiang Mai". /p
