Can I refund the wedding deposit when the hotel is renamed?

If the name of the hotel changes, the contract is still valid and continues to be implemented. So the wedding deposit is non-refundable

Article 76 of the Contract Law After a contract comes into effect, the parties shall not change their names or legal representatives, nor shall they be responsible for them.

The alteration or contractor fails to perform the contractual obligations.
