China official hotel management organization

As far as I know, at present, there is no official organization specializing in the management of the hotel industry in China, only a semi-official and semi-private "hotel industry management association", which is not too binding on the hotel industry, and basically exists as an institution for exchange and honor award.

There are many management departments related to hotels, the key departments are public security departments and industrial and commercial bureaus, and other departments are just normal transactional support departments.
