How to work out the staff scheduling table

Staff scheduling table is often used as a manager, but remember to be fair and just, taking care of everyone's rest and interests. This is a security watch for your reference.

Extended data

Today, I'd like to share with you the simplest table, which is also the staff scheduling table often used in some hotels and teahouses.

First, insert a table in the current document (you should know how to insert the table, and think about what you don't know). This table needs several rows and columns, which depends on our specific needs. Generally, the schedule of work and rest is arranged on a daily basis, and a table should clearly express the schedule of work and rest for the whole month, and it will be refined to every week.

So the number of columns in this table will be the number of days in this month+1(+ 1 because the table needs a header). If the number of rows is +2, the actual number of people arranged will be (because days and weeks will occupy two rows).

So, suppose there are 28 days in this month and 4 colleagues need to take shifts, then the inserted table should be as shown in the following figure.

Let's adjust the size of the table to make the whole table look better. First, select all the cells in the first column, adjust the width to 2 cm, and then raise the height of the first row a little, about 0.5, as shown below.

Then we'll do the diagonal line header, and I won't say how to do it, just go to the picture.

If you don't know how to make a diagonal header, you can read my previous article, and there is a special one to teach you how to make a diagonal header.

The next step is to enter the content. What the form needs to contain is roughly the time and name.

After entering the content, a standard shift schedule is ready, and different dates only need to be modified accordingly.
