Jieyang Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time comprehensive college approved by Guangdong Provincial People's Government 1999. The college is located at the foot of Zifeng Mountain in Jieyang City, with convenient transportation, elegant scenery and superior geographical conditions. In 2000, 200 1 was under the enrollment of Shantou University. It was formally established in March 2002 and began to enroll students independently.

The College is located in Zhu Gui Garden Scenic Area, Zifeng Mountain, Xianqiao, Rongcheng, with elegant environment and convenient transportation. Now it covers an area of 302 mu, and the planned control land is 1000 mu, with complete teaching, living and cultural facilities.
