Decontamination rooms usually refer to rooms used for disinfection, cleaning, recycling and storage of articles in hotels, restaurants, saunas and foot baths, karaoke dance halls and swimming places.

Personnel entering the purification room must wear work clothes and work caps. Disinfected tableware should be taken after wearing disinfection gloves or washing hands for disinfection. Tableware disinfection should be managed by a special person, who is responsible for it and has a disinfection record. Disinfection of tableware should implement the "double-elimination" system.

Tableware in contact with food during meals must be washed and disinfected; Garbage and sewage barrels are stored separately, bagged and covered. Remove the garbage in time, clean and disinfect the trash can to make the garbage meal clear; Clean tableware after cleaning and disinfection should be stored in the sideboard and disinfected every day. The sideboard is for special use, and no other items may be stored;

Tableware on duty should be cleaned, placed in categories, kept clean and tidy, and the area should be cleaned; The supervisor in the dishwashing room is responsible for health supervision, and any deviation should be corrected immediately. For tableware that needs to be reworked, relevant personnel are required to rework it.
