How much does hotel interior design cost?

There are two methods for designing fees in our country. First, it is calculated based on the building area, that is, how much does it cost per square meter. The second is calculated based on project investment, which is a percentage of the investment amount. The specific ratio and fee amount vary from place to place and from project to project.

Charging standards

1. When only preliminary design or construction drawing design is entrusted, the fee will be calculated according to the proportion of the design workload divided by industry and multiplied by a coefficient of 1.1. If the budget for preparing construction drawings is increased, the charges will be calculated based on the engineering design charge standard multiplied by a 1.1 coefficient.

2. If standard design (except standard component drawings) and reused design are used in engineering design, the fee will be 20% of the new design project of the same type.

3. Provide engineering technical consulting services, participate in technical service work such as planning surveys, inquiries, quotations, and external negotiations, as well as work where specific charging standards are not formulated, and charges can be calculated based on direct production staff days. The fee is RMB 85 per working day.

The calculation of working days can be based on the working day quota or determined by the designer and the client through negotiation when signing the contract based on the task conditions. For tasks that require a business trip to other places and the construction period is within 60 days, the travel expenses will be borne by the entrusting unit.

When an engineering design unit goes abroad due to the needs of the tasks it undertakes, except for the production and assembly fees paid by the design unit, other overseas expenses (including foreign exchange quota) shall be paid by the entrusting unit.
