As far as I know, the bus from Mianyang to Chongqing stops at Caiyuanba via Chen Jiaping. I checked Baidu map, and the route is as follows:

Caiyuanba Bus Station → Walk 30m to Caoping Station → Take Bus No.606 (or 4 19, 207) and get off at Caiyuanba Railway Station → Walk 220m to Lianglukou Station → Take Chongqing Light Rail Line 3 and get off at Jiangbei Airport Station → Walk 450m to Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport Terminal. * * * It takes 1 hour for 40 minutes. However, according to my experience, Baidu time is ideal, plus 1 hour boarding preparation time, the time to Caiyuanba station should be at least 4 hours earlier than your departure time.
