In accordance with the relevant requirements of the country and autonomous regions, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.

1. Management of persons coming to Chih-Chih Proof and carry out "two inspections in three days", and report to the destination community, unit or hotel as soon as possible after arrival.

Personnel from Hohhot, Baotou, Xinjiang and other areas with severe epidemics will be subject to 7-day centralized isolation medical observation or 7-day home isolation medical observation, and implement the "one test per day" nucleic acid testing measure. Anyone who does not meet the conditions for home isolation will be subject to centralized isolation.

For people from other areas who have a history of traveling to high-risk areas in the past 7 days, they will be subject to 7 days of centralized isolation and medical observation; if they have a history of traveling to medium-risk areas in the past 7 days, they will be subject to 7 days of home quarantine and medical observation. It is observed that those who do not meet the conditions for home isolation are subject to centralized isolation; those who have a history of traveling to low-risk areas in the past 7 days should in principle not go out or gather before the results of the second nucleic acid test are released.

2. Lichi personnel management

Do not Lichi unless necessary. If it is indeed necessary to leave the country due to special circumstances, a certificate issued by the community or unit where the person is located can be obtained with the consent of the street to which the person belongs, and only with the negative certificate of two nucleic acid tests within 48 hours can the person leave the country.

If you really need to cross provinces, you must also report to the county-level headquarters of the banner county where you are located, the place you pass, and the destination county headquarters 24 hours in advance, and conduct a nucleic acid test at the Lichi Transportation Station. Pick and check, pick and go.

Those who really need to enter Beijing must also hold the "Beijing Health Treasure" green code; those who have a history of living in counties with local epidemics within 7 days are strictly restricted from entering and returning to Beijing.

Highway epidemic service stations, airports, train stations, long-distance passenger stations and other Lichichang stations must strictly implement prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, nucleic acid test negative certificates, health codes, and "Beijing Health Treasure". Strictly prevent illegal operation of vehicles carrying passengers across cities.

The general public is requested to actively cooperate in the implementation of various prevention and control measures. If the prevention and control measures are concealed, falsely reported or the prevention and control measures are not implemented as required, resulting in the risk of the spread of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic or other serious consequences, they will be punished in accordance with the "People's Republic of China" Laws and regulations such as the National Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law will be held accountable and punished, and serious cases will be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the law.
