8. During the employment period, Party B shall work hard and fulfill his duties according to the requirements of the Employee Manual, such as labor discipline, employee code of conduct, reward and punishment system, employee training, safety production, operating rules, etc. To contribute to the construction and development of the hotel and create brilliant achievements of the enterprise. 9. Breach of contract: During the contract period, if either party fails to abide by the terms of this contract, it is a breach of contract. If Party B resigns voluntarily, the breaching party shall not only deduct the monthly basic salary, but also compensate the other party for the liquidated damages (taking the amount of my monthly basic salary as a fine).
