Why do hotel salesmen always change jobs?

As a hotelier who has been in the business for four years, I have made rapid progress. I started as a three-star hotel sales representative and spent four years as a sales manager and assistant to the general manager, changing hotels every nine months on average. The longest one and a half years, the shortest two months. Frequent job-hopping makes my heart more and more impetuous, thinking that as long as I can blow, I can be invincible! But in fact, this is not the case. Usually, Chinese New Year is the best excuse for my resignation, and the year after next is the day when I am busy interviewing and looking at my job. There are more and more hotels now, and I have more and more choices, but I can't find the original motivation in my heart. I just want to manage, and I have no desire to contact the grass-roots rooms and employees!
