First, the operation process

1, preparation before cleaning

Whether there is other gas discharge and oxygen content in the smoke outlet of each kitchen and the kitchen, close the gas master valve.

The control switch of the smoke exhaust system is hung with the sign of maintenance, so please do not turn it on.

Insulate and protect the power supply behind the smoke hood and the surrounding walls.

Protect the food and kitchen utensils in the clean kitchen.

Put all the construction tools and materials on the operation platform, connect the variable voltage line lamp, and use 36V safe voltage line lamp for lighting.

2. After cleaning the oil grates or water-carrying blades, first remove them from the range hood, shovel out the oil stains with a shovel, then put them into a special stainless steel barrel filled with degreasing agent for medium-high temperature cooking and high-pressure washing. After cleaning, more than 95% can see stainless steel or iron sheet, and there is no sludge.

3. Cleaning the smoke exhaust pipeline: firstly, use the gas detector to detect the oxygen content and carbon monoxide content in the pipeline and register them. After all parameters meet the standards, the pipeline can be cleaned. If the parallel pipeline is larger than 0.4m×0.4m, workers will drill into the pipeline by opening or folding the valve stem above the pipeline: shovel the oil on the inner wall of the pipeline with a shovel, and then seal the pipeline with galvanized sheets and rivets. After the pipeline is cleaned, there is no massive oil dirt on the inner wall of the pipeline, more than 90% of the pipeline is covered with iron sheet, and the opening is sealed without oil leakage. The oil fume exhaust pipeline is less than 0.4m×0.4m, and the cleaning valve column can be opened section by section under construction conditions. If the construction conditions are unfavorable, only holes can be made at the interval of about 1m in the pipeline. Workers shovel out the oil stain with a shovel, and then seal the pipeline with galvanized sheets and rivets. After the pipeline is cleaned, there is no massive oil dirt on the inner wall of the pipeline, more than 80% of the pipeline is covered with iron sheet, and the opening is sealed without oil leakage.

4. When cleaning the exhaust fan, first open the muffler or shell of the fan, and workers will enter the fan to wipe off the grease on the inner wall of the fan cylinder and fan blade with a knife. After cleaning, it can be seen that there is no block grease on the primer of the fan blade and fan cylinder.

5. Cleaning the purifier: open the purifier door, take out the purifier pieces, put them into a special stainless steel barrel filled with degreasing agent for high-temperature cooking, and rinse them with a high-pressure water gun. After cleaning the purifier box, remove all the oil stains with a shovel, and you can see that the primer has no massive oil stains.

6, high-altitude vertical pipeline cleaning

A. First, fold or open the valve stem at the top and bottom of the vertical pipe to ventilate it up and down. Then, the oxygen content and carbon monoxide content at the top and bottom of the pipeline are detected by gas detector, and the vertical pipeline construction can only be carried out after the parameters reach the standard.

B. Construction personnel shall first tie the main rope to the solid building outside the top, and put the main rope from the top to the bottom, and someone shall meet at the bottom to see if the main rope reaches the bottom.

C. The shaft cleaning constructors put on the rear safety bag, tie the safety bag to another safety rope, observe the situation in the shaft, sit on the hanging plate of the main rope, and shovel out the grease one by one from top to bottom. Two safety personnel at the top put down another loose safety rope synchronously with the shaft construction personnel. (It is not allowed to exceed 1m in the process of lowering the safety rope by the shaft hanger construction personnel. )

D. During cleaning, shaft constructors take photos before and after cleaning with a digital camera from top to bottom. After reaching the bottom, the cleaned oil will be removed from the bottom outlet.
