If the hourly wage is agreed, that is, if you do more or less within eight hours, it has nothing to do with the salary, then you should not ask for overtime pay. If the post salary is agreed, no matter how many people there are in this post, the total salary will be paid, then the salary deducted by another person on leave should belong to the employee who helps him.
