How to handle the business license of the hotel?

Hotel opening procedures:

1. Declare the construction permit, sort out the interior decoration design scheme and construction drawing, and declare it to the local fire department.

2. Handle the construction permit. The construction team handles construction permits and temporary residence permits for personnel;

3. The opening manager of the project construction should understand the construction personnel and safety measures.

4. Select the name of the enterprise, and the opening manager and management will select the name of the enterprise (generally, three names are selected for standby).

5. The business name approval manager should go to the local industrial and commercial bureau for the enterprise name approval certificate.

6. The opening manager who has obtained the hygiene license arranges the planning of internal sanitation and disinfection facilities and disinfection management measures.

Go to the epidemic prevention department to apply for a health permit.

7. The opening manager who applies for a special trade license shall go to the local police station to declare the hotel name, nature, business project and personnel qualification certificate, sign a safety responsibility letter, and apply for a special trade license from the branch.

8. The business manager who handles the pollution discharge permit goes to the Environmental Protection Bureau to handle the enterprise environmental protection assessment and pollution discharge permit;

9. After the renovation, please ask the fire department to accept the on-site fire control facilities, and handle the fire control certificate according to the opinions put forward by the fire department.

10. Relevant materials for handling industrial and commercial business licenses: pre-approval of enterprise name, application for business opening, resolution of shareholders, resume of legal person, registration form of group members, registration form of individual members, articles of association of the company, capital verification report, lease contract, fire protection, public security, environmental protection and hygiene licenses, and handling industrial and commercial business licenses at the Industrial and Commercial Bureau.

1 1. The business manager who engraves the official seal of the enterprise takes the copy and original of the business license and the copy and original of the legal person ID card to the unit designated by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for engraving.

2. The business manager who handles the enterprise code certificate should bring the copy and original of the business license and the copy and original of the legal person ID card.

Go to the tax bureau to apply for the enterprise code certificate.

3. With the business license, code certificate, legal person ID card, photo, enterprise accounting qualification certificate, capital verification report, lease contract and rent receipt, go through the tax registration and get the invoice.
