Brief introduction of Sun Henderson International Building

Shenyang Xinhengji International Building is located in the northeast center of Shenyang, which complements the world-famous cultural heritage Shenyang Forbidden City. It borders Huaiyuan Gate and Fujinmen in the east, Ai Wu Market Commercial Street, which is well-known in China, and Zhongjie Commercial Pedestrian Street, a 4A-level commercial and cultural tourist area in the north and south, and Daxi Road in the west. The project covers an area of 9739 square meters, with a total construction area of 135000 square meters, 43 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, and a building height of 185.8 meters. The building is a five-star luxury hotel, business apartment, 5A intelligent Grade A office building, international boutique shopping plaza and leisure and entertainment plaza. It was once the tallest building in the three northeastern provinces and an important landmark building in Shencheng.
